Delivering services amounts to most of what government does. You’ll have used these services if you’ve ever registered to vote, learned to drive or started a business. To make sure these services are safe, consistent, and work for everyone, we have the Service Standard. The standard ties together the common ways of working, technology standards and design patterns that are proven to work. It's also a great way to build organisational memory, cross-government community and personal experience through peer-to-peer feedback and guidance.
I started assessing because I wanted to learn more about the services we provide in government, the challenges teams face and how they’ve overcome them.
